There are four types of breast cancers depending upon sensitivity of hormone receptors. of these, TNBC is the most aggressive and has faster growth rate, higher risk of metastasis, higher recurrence rate and is harder to treat. Further clinical examination showed a hard lump in upper outer quadrant Right breast measuring 5x4 cm. She also had extensive liver and skeletal metastasis.
