Dr Ngangbam Sonamani is the best Pediatric Hemato-Oncologist in Imphal. He is associated with American Oncology Institute, Imphal as a Consultant – Pediatric Hemato-Oncology with specialization in Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Dr Sonamani earned his MBBS and MD (Pediatrics) from Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior and FNB (Pediatric Hematology Oncology) from the National Board of Education in 2017.
Dr Sonamani has been working with American Oncology Institute, Imphal since 2019. Prior to this, he was a Visiting Fellow (Pediatric Hematology Oncology) at the prestigious Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center, Bangalore (2015-2017). Also, he has worked as a Senior Resident at SGPGIMS Lucknow in 2014.
As a pioneer in his field, Dr Sonamani has published extensively in medical journals. He is active member of some of the prestigious medical associations in India, including International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP) and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Chapter of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
