Pancreatic Cancer

Follow-up Care

The oncology team provides schedules for the follow-up visit during discharge. The follow-up visits aim to detect the cancer recurrence, manage chronic side effects of treatment, and monitor overall health. The survivor who had undergone surgery, as a part of treatment, should visit the hospital every 3 to 6 months. The survivor may expect blood tests and imaging tests during the follow-up visits. It is essential not to ignore the symptoms. The survivor should immediately visit the best pancreatic cancer hospital.
