Dr Burhan Wani is one of the best Medical and Hemato-Oncologist in Jalandhar with 10 years of experience in Management of Solid and Hematological Cancers. Currently, he is working as a Senior Consultant (Medical & Hemato - Oncologist) at American Oncology Institute, Jalandhar.
His expertise lies in Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplantation. After earning the degree of MBBS, Dr Wani completed his M.D. in Internal Medicine from Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Jammu and Kashmir. He also completed his D.M in Medical Oncology from Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Jammu and Kashmir.
Dr Wani also underwent special training in BLS & ACLS. He has worked with AIIMS (New Delhi) and Adyar Cancer Institute (Chennai) before joining the American Oncology Institute. He has also worked as a Senior Resident (Medical Oncology) in Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Jammu and Kashmir. He has also done his observership from Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai.
Dr Wani is a member of ISMPO, ISHBT and several other international Oncological Societies. He has multiple research papers in several national and international indexed journals.
