- Pain in the bones
- Fatigue, tiredness, and weakness without any reason
- Unexplained weight loss
- Swelling, pain, and tenderness surrounding the affected area
- Fever without any underlying cause
- Fracture in the bone without obvious reason
- Lump in legs, arms, pelvis, and chest
- Paralysis and bowel or urinary incontinence if the tumor is present in the spinal reason
- Numbness or tingling sensation due to nerve compression (tumor-related)
