Dr Midhun Murali is one of the most experienced and best radiation oncologists in Calicut. His areas of expertise include Neuro-Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Head & Neck Oncology and Brachytherapy. He is associated with American Oncology Institute, Kozhikode as a Radiation Oncologist.
Dr. Murali earned his MBBS and MD (Radiotherapy and Clinical Oncology) from the prestigious Government Medical College, Kozhikode in 2013 and 2019, respectively.
Prior to joining AOI, Dr Murali worked as a Radiation Oncologist at Mar Sleeve Medicity Palai, Kottayam and MJKM Pratyasa Cancer Center, Cherthala, Alappuzha. Besides, he was also associated with Government Medical College, Kozhikode as a Senior Resident in Radiotherapy and Clinical Oncology.
In a career that spans over six years, Dr. Murali has been trained to carry out medical procedures such as External Beam Radiotherapy (2DRT, 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SRS, SBRT) for various malignancies, Intra Cavitary Brachytherapy for Carcinoma Cervix, and Vagina, Brachytherapy for Soft Tissue Sarcomas, Palliative Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy, USG and CT-guided FNAC and biopsy, etc.
