Dr Shoufeej PM is one of the most experienced and best cancer specialist in Calicut. He is associated with American Oncology Institute, Calicut as a – Medical Oncologist.
Dr Shoufeej earned his MBBS from the Government Medical College, Thrissur in 2006 and Post Graduation in Pediatrics from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi in 2011. To further hone his skills, Dr Shoufeej completed his DM in Medical Oncology from the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai (Dr MGR Medical University) in 2017.
Prior to his association with AOI, Dr Shoufeej, one of the best medical oncologists in Kozhikode, has also worked as a – Medical Oncologist at Aster MIMS Kottakkal, Kerala. He has also worked as a DM Trainee – Medical Oncology at the Cancer Institute, Adyar and Senior Resident in Pediatric Oncology at the Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum.
With experience that spans over a decade, Dr Shoufeej has worked as a In-house Associate Pediatrician at Cradle Calicut Maternity Care Pvt. Ltd, Trainee – Pediatric Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, PICU Fellow at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore and a Pediatrician at Nahas Hospital, Parappanangadi (Kerala).
It was his interest in academics that encouraged him to work as an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Malabar Cancer Centre, Thalassery.
Dr Shoufeej has various publications and research papers to his credit.
