Follow-up care is part of the ear cancer treatment strategy. The survivors are provided with scheduled follow-up visits during discharge, which they must strictly follow. It allows the oncologists to determine the recurrence of ear cancer at its early stages. Further, the side effects of treatment are effectively managed during the follow-up care.
