Some of the warning signs of uterine cancer are:
- Bleeding between the two menstrual cycles
- Heavier periods or alterations in periods
- Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding
- Vaginal discharge, which is clear or thin white, especially in postmenopausal women
- Prolonged menstrual periods, especially in women above the age of 40 years
- Pelvic cramping or pain in the lower abdominal area
- Unexplained weight loss
- Change in urination frequency
- Difficulty in bowel movement
